Membership Process
You must be a current Guest Member to apply for membership. All Guest Members must complete the Member's Club membership form to be considered for membership.
Upon approval of your application, you will receive an e-mail which includes instructions regarding payment options available for your membership fee. Please share these payment instructions with your club’s coordinator/church to facilitate payment. After we have received the payment for your club’s annual membership, you will receive a “Welcome to the Member's Club" email confirmation.
If you are a current CEF volunteer and your coordinator/church has paid your Membership fee, you must complete the application process. After we have approved your application and verified payment, you will receive a “Welcome to the Member's Club" email confirmation.
