Become A Table Host

We appreciate your willingness to be a Table Host for our upcoming Child Evangelism Fellowship Banquet.

As a Table Host you will invite seven (7) guests to sit with you at a table for a total of eight (8). The couples or persons should be ministry minded and know that this is a fund raising banquet and that they will be given the opportunity to financially support CEF. Please complete the form enter your name and information and the name and contact information for each guest you invite to the banquet using the online form below. You will receive an e-mail from Paula Edwards of CEF to confirm you as a Table Host and provide you with more information.
